Our Sunday service begins at 10.30 am every week

Freedom Church is a welcoming Christian community in Elson, Gosport. We are here for people of all ages and backgrounds — whether you have strong faith, quiet questions, honest doubts, or are simply looking for somewhere to belong.

We follow the teachings of Jesus Christ and seek to share His love through worship, friendship, practical care and service to our community.

Sundays at Freedom

Everyone is welcome to join us on Sunday mornings. Our gatherings are relaxed and friendly, with worship, prayer, a practical Bible message, refreshments and activities for children.

You do not need to know all the answers before you come. Just come as you are.

At Freedom Church, we believe church should feel like home: a place where people are known, valued and encouraged. We are a community of believers, seekers and doubters, learning together what it means to follow Jesus in everyday life.

Formerly Brockhurst Baptist Church, we have been part of the Elson community since 1935. Today, we continue that story through worship, prayer, friendship, community events, children’s activities, room hire, and practical support for local people.
